Reigning Mother of God Russian Orthodox Church has asked Andrew to design a wooden church to accommodate 150 people. Because of the rural character of the lot, a small clearing surrounded by forest, Andrew recommended building the church from logs in the manner of a Russian village. The form of the church derives from 17th-century Russian and Capatho-Rusyn examples, but the exterior styling suggests traditional rural American architecture as well. The site plan includes a frontage wall and gate and exterior improvements to the existing structures on the lot to harmonize with the character of the new church.
