Andrew designed this 880 square foot house for a narrow backyard in downtown Charleston. The 3-story house is only 13'-5" wide, and contains two bedrooms and two baths. The interiors are finished in tongue and groove wood with decorative trim made from old pine siding. The house makes use of numerous sustainable technologies, including double windows, spray-foam insulation, and a geothermal heat pump. It was completed in 2008.
